So, you've checked out our Kali collection of innovative, and exquisite leather handbags, belts and necklaces and want to know just how to care for your leather accessories. Here are a few tips to insure a long quality life.
Leather quality: First, this collection is made in Italian lambskin. It is buttery smooth and has a nice shiny surface. This shine is more evident on the black leather goods. The white "Hip Pak" is as equally soft. The Italian lambskin that we used has an embossed reptile pattern which makes it look like a lizard or crocodile skin.
*Our leather products are shipped to you in a protective fabric bag. This fabric bag can be used to store your bag when not in use. When storing it's ok to use tissue paper to fill bags. It retains it's shape. Our bags are lined in silk charmuese, tissue paper is fine to use. Store on shelf in upright position in a cool dry closet.
*Clean bag gently with a moist cotton cloth and warm water. Use a circular motion to catch any dust particles.
*Be careful of perfumes or hairsprays while dressing. Make sure that your bag is not exposed to any of these substances as it could leave a residue. *Pens do have a tendency to leak. Our "Jenny" bag has an upright pen holder which is sufficient. Use this compartment only for your pens. In general be very careful of leaving ink pens in your bag especially old pens.
*Refrain from using sharp objects in your bag. Our leather bags are lined with silk charmuese. It's best not to use any object that could poke a hole in the silk.
